Cal Cook established ExhibitRecruiter in 1998 to assist employers with their hiring needs and job seekers with finding the perfect fit for their career goals. He has been fortunate to have been trusted by some of the most prestigious and successful exhibit design and production firms to help identify, recruit and hire successful professionals. He is a networker. His passion for networking with people has been the cornerstone for the success of ExhibitRecruiter.
Prior to launching ExhibitRecruiter, Cal studied Business with an emphasis in Operations Management at Auburn University earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
Cal lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Kathy, their daughter Emma Kate and their Welsh Corgi. When Cal is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, traveling and reading books on his Kindle.
Jaynie Ellison joined the ExhibitRecruiter team to consult with employers and candidates. She enjoys assisting organizations and individuals advance toward their goals. Getting to know each of our clients and the job seekers that we assist is an integral part of the services we offer.
Entering the tradeshow industry was a career change for Jaynie. The experience and skills developed while in the fields of Social Work and Education are often utilized in her current role.
Jaynie lives in Mobile, Alabama with her three children Alexis, Anna Grace, and Jonathan. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fun in the sun along the Gulf Coast, reading, writing, traveling, and staying fit.
Erica Chappell joined ExhibitRecruiter to work with companies and job seekers to develop mutually beneficial relationships. She knows that successful companies are led by strong teams that enjoy working together.
Erica graduated from high school in Brussels Belgium. She then studied Economics at Duke University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her first career, Erica spent several years as a commercial loan officer for a regional bank, then she moved into a finance role at a major national bank where she assisted senior management with strategic planning and analysis.
Erica lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Doug, their children Will and Katie and their two dogs. In her free time, Erica enjoys golf, college basketball, staying fit, reading and travelling with her family.
